IDS brings intensive knowledge and capability in modeling to all projects. We proactively approach a project by establishing good communication with the construction team through BIM and working cohesively and seamlessly with our customers through actively participating in the design assist role. Working directly with the project team, IDS manages projects by identifying all critical paths necessary to maintain the construction schedule and resolve any issues on the front end that may affect continuous construction. Our main objective is to assist the fabricator, general contractor, and design team in ensuring on-schedule, in-budget, and uninterrupted construction for our customer.

IDS values quality assurance and industry standards. We hold over 250 Tekla- compliant licenses and over 190 SDS 2 licenses. IDS is a longtime member of the National Institute of Steel Detailing, and our Comprehensive Quality Assurance procedures comply with 10CFR50 Appendix B / NQA-1 requirements. Each office is staffed with a Quality Assurance Manager whose job is to ensure 100% procedure compliance.
