Michelle Smith is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IDS, Inc. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Business and Management Systems at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, Michelle earned her MBA at Washington University in St. Louis. She began her career at IDS in 2004 as a document control specialist, and then worked for five years as an assistant project manager. In May 2010, she became the IDS Chief Financial Officer and she held that position for seven years before becoming CEO in April 2017. As CEO, Michelle leads operations in 25 offices in three different countries.

Corby Tolentino is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IDS Philippines. A graduate of Far Eastern University, Corby began his career as a detailer and checker at Coresteel in the Philippines and then at Namfatt Berhand in Malaysia. He worked as a project manager at Steel System Engineering Philippines and at GSR Steel Drafting. He then worked as project manager and president of NextSteel, Inc. He then worked as the general manager of Riverdale Export, Inc. in the Philippines, a sister company of Findett Engineering in St. Louis, Missouri. In October 2003, he started with IDS Philippines, and as COO, he is currently responsible for overseeing all operations in the country.
