Touted as Philadelphia’s first vertical neighborhood, the award-winning FMC Tower at Cira Centre South includes 1,041,500 square feet of gross floor area on 49 total floors and stands 723 feet tall measured from the existing grade at Lower 30th Street. The tower includes 25 office floors and 18 residential floors with luxury high-rise residences and extended-stay corporate suites. The structure is composed of steel columns, posts, hangers, girders, beams, bracings, trusses, framings, anchor bolts, embed steel, lintels, angle supports, bent plates, and pour stops. IDS used Tekla 19.1 software to prepare erection drawings, shop drawings, and data files such as CNC1/DXF, P-sheets, and KSS files.
